My life is boring
So the title about explains it all. I attended a meeting today where a 50 year old woman, who was the main speaker, was wearing a side poneytail straight out of the '80s. She was a banana clip and a unit belt away from being in Pretty in Pink. That was the highlight of my day.Oh, that and we got our UPS benefits information in the mail. Josh gets a discount on JellyBellys and Lugz just for working at UPS. That was kind of exciting.
Mandy, congrats again on the upcoming remarriage to Nate! That was also very exciting.
Ummmm, other than that, I've just been living on the few captured hours I get to spend with my wonderful hubby every day. I think it must be the shorter days that are getting to me.
Loved your phone calls, Aaron and Lyric. I miss my fam and friends.

Yeah, yeah, "show, not tell"--remember those assignments from 8th grade English? ;) Here, I'll even give you a prompt: "The baby was cute." (Gee, wonder where I pulled *that* from?!?)

(P.S. I think since this is the first time Mandy has married Nate, it counts as a second marriage. . .If she were marrying her first husband a second time, it would be a re-marriage. Not sure on this, though. *shrug* Thoughts?)
